We are struggling with setting up the slack integration - something you can help out with?

After clicking allow we get the blue screen. We are logged in with the Slack Admin user and the Outverse Admin user. Not sure whether it is a bug or a user error here. Any thoughts? :)

Hey – We're working on a fix for the issue you're experiencing at the moment.

In the meantime, you should be able to successfully install the Outverse Slack app via the 'Notifications' modal flow below:

  • Click 'Notification preferences' in the community dropdown

  • Click 'Enable' when prompted to enable Slack notifications in the modal

  • Follow the Slack instructions
